ADMIRAL MARINA & LEISURE CLUB

 

Port Dickson, south of Kuala Lumpur was where yachting was first introduced into Malaysia The cairn, shallow waters off this coastal settlement are perfect for sailing. Admiral Manna and Leisure Club offers excellent and comprehensive facilities for yachters including moorage, full dub services, brokerage and boat repairs.

 

Sailing in from the Straits of Malacca, the 25ha. Admiral Marina and Leisure Club (AMLC) is a welcome sight offering marina and dry berths and resort facilities. There are 1 30-marina berths for 3m. to 65m. boats and 15-dry berths for 3m. to 10m. boats. Other amenities include the Harbour Master?s tower, sailors? chart room, Immigration and Customs, business centre (Internet.. mail, fax and courier), chandlery, boat repairs, boat sales and brokerage services. AMLC not only offers a safe mooring but also extensive recreational facilities for those who appreciate the boating lifestyle. Vhi1e the clubhouse architecture is stately, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The clubhouse has several food and beverage outlets including Sailor?s Drink Shop and Member?s Lounge as well as banquet facilities. Accommodation is available in the adjoining condominiums or the Avillion Village Resort. AMLC conducts regular twice-monthly races and hosts the annual Asean Regatta in late October.

ROYAL PORT DICKSON YACHT CLUB

 

 

Royal Port Dickson Yacht Club (RPDYC) was established in 1927 mainly for British expatriate yachters. The clubhouse is located close to Admiral Marina & Leisure Club and is unsuitable for yacht moorings but can accommodate Optimist and Laser crafts. Lessons are conducted on both these type of crafts.

 

Facilities Includes:

Pool, tennis courts, squash court, indoor games, sauna, gym, bar and restaurant, accommodation, TV room, conference room, library and rental boats for members.
